Tailored New Dentures (Design & Custom-Making)
Complete / Full Dentures: Replacing all teeth in the upper, lower, or both arches.
Partial Dentures: Replacing one or more missing teeth when some natural teeth remain.
Acrylic Partials: The most common and affordable type.
Chrome Cobalt Partials (Metal Frame): Thinner, stronger, and more durable, offering superior stability and less gum coverage.
Flexible (Valplast) Partials: Made from a pliable material for increased comfort and a metal-free, aesthetic look.
Immediate Dentures: Dentures created before the removal of existing teeth and placed immediately after extractions, ensuring the patient never goes without teeth.
Maintenance, Adjustments, and Repairs

Denture Relines: Adding new base material to the fitting surface of the denture to ensure a snug fit as the gums and bone naturally change (recommended every 2–3 years).
Hard Relines and Soft (Permanent or Temporary) Relines.
Denture Rebase: Replacing the entire acrylic base of the denture while keeping the existing teeth, often necessary if the denture base is weak or damaged.
Denture Repairs: Fixing cracks, fractures, or broken clasps, or replacing a tooth that has broken off the appliance (often offered as same-day or emergency service).
Denture Additions: Adding a new tooth or a clasp to an existing partial denture after a natural tooth has been extracted.
Adjustments/Sore Spot Visits: Fine-tuning the denture to eliminate pressure points and improve comfort and fit.
Custom Sports Mouthguards: Professionally fitted mouthguards for contact and high-impact sports, offering superior protection compared to off-the-shelf versions.
Anti-Snoring/Sleep Apnoea Appliances: Custom-made oral devices designed to help manage mild to moderate snoring and sleep apnoea (may require dentist or GP consultation).

We provide a full range of custom solutions, including: Full (Complete) Dentures, Partial Dentures (Acrylic, Flexible, or Chrome Cobalt), Immediate Dentures (placed right after extractions), and Implant-Retained Dentures for maximum stability.
Do I need a referral to see a Clinical Dental Technician (Denturist)?
No, you can book a consultation directly with us. For partial dentures, we may recommend a check-up with a dentist to ensure your remaining natural teeth are healthy before treatment.
Can you repair or reline my existing denture?
Yes, we offer same-day service for most denture repairs (e.g., fractures, loose teeth) and denture relines (resurfacing the fitting side). Please call us early in the day for the quickest turnaround.
